The affordable price, cozy room with Netflix, and walking distance to iconic places like Madison Square Garden enriched family bonding. The sun terrace and nearby leisure options added to relaxation.

the hotel is clean and close to subway stop 28th street station. lots of nearby florists create a little plant jungle to walk through. the staff gave my daughter cookies and were super friendly.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near the trade show venue and was pleasantly surprised by the safe and vibrant Chelsea area. After a long day of meetings, I found the large flat-screen TV in the business center to be a welcome respite to catch up on news. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

The only service I missed for work was the absence of food at the rooftop bar, which would have been convenient for networking and unwinding after a busy day.

The street food near The Cambria? Fuggedaboutit! Flavor explosions on every corner. Staff are top-notch, storing bags and doling out local tips. Centrally placed near Penn Station, hopping Chelsea spots, and outdoor seating. Wood floors and chic decor.

This hotel isn't quite the 4-star gal you'd expect. The rooms need a facelift - outdated to the core.

The hotel provided two rooms for our stay, one on a higher floor and one on a lower floor. The beds in both rooms were big and cozy, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. I encountered an issue upon arrival. The hotel informed me that room cleaning was not included in my room rate, which was unexpected.

Loved the quirky lobby with its industrial-style lighting and art piece. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views, great for sipping cocktails. And of course, the free hot chocolate in the lobby was a delicious bonus.

The lukewarm shower water was the perfect complement to my lukewarm experience.

Quadruple room with city view, we were on the top floor (18th), pleasant open view, room is very spacious for 4 which is rare enough in NY to be emphasized! Perfect location of the hotel, subway at 2 minutes and a lot of small restaurants or take away sales around, there is a microwave and a fridge in the room it's very practical for the evening especially with children (our daughters are 5 and 7 years old)! cleaning is done in a very correct way and staff at the reception is very nice! Quality/Price ratio very difficult to beat for Ny!

The only downside is the size of the bathroom with toilet inside, max 2m2 all, it was really impractical especially at 4...

We found this hotel very convenient during our stay. It is in the Chelsea district, and close to Penn Station. We were able to visit all the key midtown attractions because of its location. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff were helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The accessibility for senior folks was commendable, with well-lit hallways and conveniently placed grab bars, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for older guests.

I would have appreciated a more attentive approach from the children of the staff to ensure better upkeep of the rooms for a superior vacation experience for seniors.

During my transit in New York, I stayed at Cambria Hotel New York-Chelsea, located conveniently close to Penn Station and subway lines, making it easy to navigate the city. the hotel's proximity to LaGuardia Airport offered a quick and efficient commute, with travel times averaging about 50 to 60 minutes by subway and 40 to 50 minutes by taxi or airport bus.

My stay was marred by minor inconveniences, such as inconsistent phone and television functionality, as well as a disruptive rattling noise from the heating unit in the room. the bathroom lacked proper cleanliness and amenities, with housekeeping issues impacting the overall experience.

The rooftop bar had amazing views and delicious drinks. We enjoyed relaxing up there after a long day of exploring. The location was perfect for getting to all the best spots in the city. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was really nice. The room was very clean, plus you had everything you needed, including coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave.. The location is perfect to move around New York, it's very central to walk to many places, for others obviously it's time to take the subway.

The hotel's location in between two metro stations and surrounded by bagel shops for breakfast on 8th Avenue is very convenient. It's also right next to a subway stop, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are modern and clean, with some offering a rooftop view. The staff provides attentive service and the rooftop bar is a nice facility advantage.

The elevators can be slow at times.

The location, in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, is only a 10 minute walk from the Empire State Building, 20 minutes from Times Square and 30 minutes from Central Park. As for the room, it's not very big but it's enough. Very comfortable beds and good cleanliness.

Maybe a few more drawers to put the clothes in, but otherwise the room is perfect.

We were able to easily visit the Joyce Gold History Tours of New York, take the kids to the Chelsea Piers Sports and Entertainment Complex, and explore the charming Greenwich Village. The hotel's proximity to the area's hiking and biking trails also made outdoor activities convenient for the whole family.

My kids wished for a children's play area within the hotel premises to keep them entertained during downtime.

well located, you can do a lot of activities on foot, subway is 100 meters away. room is comfortable, with a microwave fridge and coffee maker, modern facilities and very attentive staff.

The cleaning was not very good, there was always garbage and many times they didn't leave us any soap. For what the room costs, the cleaning should be better! Once we had breakfast at the hotel, the food and attention were excellent but the price was too high.

The rooftop bar and lounge with city views was a delightful oasis after a long day of exploring the city. It felt like being on cloud nine as I sipped on a refreshing drink and took in the breathtaking skyline. The atmosphere was simply magical, just like a scene from a movie.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating, even arranging a special birthday package for our daughter. The rooftop bar was a nice surprise, and the food was excellent. The rooms were small but well-designed, and the beds were incredibly comfy. The location was within walking distance to many attractions. The room itself was EXCELLENT, with a comfy bed, nice sofa, and great view from the 15th floor. The proximity to subway lines was a bonus. a great stay with all the necessary amenities.

The room was super spacious and clean, and the rooftop bar was a vibe. The staff was so chill and always on top of things. Plus, the location was so clutch - we could walk to Chelsea Piers and also hit up Greenwich Village for some dope vibes.

Honestly, would've been even better if there was a dedicated party space for young peeps to turn up and meet other travelers.
